الـمـؤامـرة الـسـوريـة

لم يبقى اي مجال للشك ان ما يحصل في سوريا في جزء منه مؤامرة. فلقد تعلمنا أن كل ما تكرهه أمريكا هو خير لنا و أن كل ما ترتضيه هو شر لنا. و أيقنا أن الزعماء العرب قد أقسموا على التعاون على الاثم و العدوان. فماذا إن توافق الزعماء و أمريكا على شيئ، هذا ما يدعونا الى التفكر.

فعندما يرفض مجلس تعاون دول الخليج دعوة سوريا لعقد مؤتمر قمة فهذه مؤامرة، و عندما يسكت ذات المجلس الموقر و يقدم كل الدعم و يستضيف علي عبدالله صالح فهذه مؤامرة، و عندما يبيد ذات المجلس الثورة البحرينية فهذه مؤامرة.

لا ا عتقد ان أحدا في تونس أو مصر كان على استعداد أن يقبل أي تدخل خارجي في ثورته لذلك لم يشك أحد في نزاهة هذه الثورات. إضافة إلى الرفض التي قوبلت به هذه الثورات من الغرب و من الزعماء العرب جعلنا نيقن أن هناك فرق بين ما حصل هناك و ما يحصل في سوريا.

ليس هناك أي شك بأن أي نظام شمولي لا ديمقراطي يجب أن يزول، لكن زوال هذا النظام يجب أن يأتي من الداخل، و الا فان ما حصل في العراق يكون مباركا و أنموذجا يطبق على الدول الاخرى. أما من يقول أن الشعب لن يستطيع إزالة النظام لوحده فهذه ترهات، فالثورات تقوم بها الشعوب لا الجيوش الاجنية، و لكل ثورة ثمنها. فمن كان يتخيل انتصار الشعب في تونس و مصر و كيف أثبت الشعب أنه إن أراد نال ما يريد. ننتصر للمظلوم و لكنا لا نتحالف مع الشيطان لذلك، فالغاية لا يجب أن تبرر الوسيلة في أحيان كثيرة.

منذ متى نهلل للجامعة العربية التي لم تكن بحياتها الي مفرقة و ليست جامعة. ما اشبه اليوم بقرار الجامعة بجلب جيوش العالم لمحاربة العراق، ثم اين هذه الجامعة من درع الخليج الذي آباد ثورة البحرين و اين قناة الجزيرة من ذلك.

اما اولائك الذين يخونون اشرف الناس و الوعد الصادق السيد حسن نصرالله و حزب الله، الذين و طوال تاريخهما لم يقولا زورا بعكس زعماء الجامعة، فسبحان مغير الأحوال يا اصحاب ذاكرة السمكة. فلولا حزب الله و انتصاراته في 2000 و في 2006 لما أفاقت هذه الشعوب. ليس هناك أي شك بأن حزب الله خلق ثقافة المقاومة و ثقافة الانتصار و ثقافة الممكن في شعوب المنطقة. فالفرق بين جيل الثورات هذا و من سبقه بأن هذا الجيل و بالرغم من كل النكسات الا أنه كبر على انتصارات أيار في 2000 و تموز في 2006 و ليس هزائم جيوش و زعماء الجامعة.

ثم أنه و لولا حزب الله لما كنا رأينا انتصارات حماس في حرب غزة و صمودها الاسطوري بالرغم من كل المعاناة، يوم لم يدعمها و يقف معها بصوت عال الا السيد حسن. كذلك لا ننسى دعم حزب الله و سوريا للمقاومة في العراق و هذا حديث أمريكا و شهادتها.

من المحير كيف أن قناة الجزيرة التي لم تنفك تخون الجامعة و الرؤساء العرب منذ انطلاقتها تقوم اليوم بتعظيم و تفخيم قرار الجامعة العربية. لطالما كانت الجزيرة صوت الشعب و مما لا شك فيه أن للجزيرة فضل كبير في إنشاء جيل الثورات، و لكن المحير هو أين الجزيرة من ثورة البحرين، و أين الجزيرة من حبس المدونين في الامارات، و أين الجزيرة من مسيرات الاردن، و أين الجزيرة من القمع في الضفة!!!

لست هنا لأزكي بشار الاسد على أحد، و لكنهم جميعهم من نفس حظيرة الخنزير التي جمعتهم سنينا و أولاد ذات المرأة التي أشار اليها مظفر النواب من قبل.

فعجبا كيف يقمع ذاك المرأة، و يتمنن ذاك على شعبه باصلاحات تبدأ في 2013، و يضحك أخر على شعبه باختيار من يحق له الانتخاب منهم، ثم يدّعون الديمقراطية و مكافحة الفساد. فعجبا كيف نسوا حظيرة الخنزير التي لطالما كانت أطهر من أطهرهم.

كبف أثبت وطنيتي!

كيف ممكن أن أثبت وطنيتي بدون ما يجي واحد مستغل للبلد يحكيلي اللي مش عاجبو يروح.

كيف ممكن أكون بحب البلد و ما يكون بدي ايها تصير أحسن

و كيف ممكن أحبها بدون ما أشتغل علشان أخليها أحسن

بدنا ننتقد، و بدنا نفضح الفساد، و بدنا نحاسب المسؤولين عن اللي بصير بالبلد.

بدنا ديمقراطية و اصلاح، و بدنا نعرف وين راحت مصاري الخصخصة، و بدنا نعرف ايش عم بصير بمصاري الضمان

بدنا نعرف كيف بعد الكازينو و التزوير بصيروا وزراء و كيف الناس و على أي أساس بتصير مستشار غير عشان الوالد

بدنا نعرف هاي البلد وين راحت مواردها

بدنا نعرف كيف ممكن نصير مواطنين بدون ما حدا يخونا

ياللي بتخونونا ايش عملتو للبلد؟ انتوا

نهبتوها بالواسطات و عاملين حالكم بتحبوها .

هاي بلد مش مزرعة، و مافي لاي حدا فضل عليها مين ما كان يكون.

البلد الها فضل على كل ولادها مين ما كان اصلهم و مين ما كان جدودهم

هاي البلد مش للحرمية و المستفيدين، هاي البلد لكل اللي بحبها، و لا يكمن نسمح لاي حدا انو يشكك بوطنيتنا

و مش راح نسكت عن الفساد و المفسدين

لانو احنا وطنيين مش وطنجيين

أي فتنة هاي اللي بحكوا عنها! فتنة بين الوطنيين و البلطجية!

مافي حدا راح يخوفنا من فتنة تافه مفتعلة.

الشغب كل موحد ضد البلطجية و الشعب كلوا بدوا اصلاح.

و ما راح نسمح لاي حدا يشكك بوطنيتنا بعد اليوم.

What Happened in Midan Jamal Abdul Nasser

When I went to the Midan on Thursday night 24th March, I have seen the Jordan that we deserve. A country were people from all ages, sex, races, religions, have gathered in a freezing weather to chant for the Jordan they want. A Jordan that is not corrupted, a country where people are allowed to think and act.

People gathered to say that Jordan is not limited for a handful of people. Jordan is for everybody.

I haven't heard a single curse in the Midan. I haven't seen anybody blocking the streets. People were chanting all the time "Slimeyeh Slimeyeh" while stones being thrown on their heads. Even the thugs and baltajeyeh that used to come in between the protestors to provoke them, the peaceful protesters used to leave them or protect them and guide them out.

I haven't heard a single Islamic Nasheed, and haven't seen any body from the Ikhwan on the microphone speaking to the protesters. Should we all come with beer bottles in our hands to prove to Mr. Prime Minster that we are not Ikhwan! We do not belong to any party. We are simply Jordanians who care for our country.

Everybody there was filled with love and patriotism. I have never been in such a crowed in Jordan and felt so safe, and felt that everybody is united.

On Friday, the police were blocking the streets and not the protesters, and I thought that this was for protecting them. After the Friday prayer, protestors took an oath that they shall keep their movement a peaceful one no matter what happened. They swore by the love of Jordan that they will not respond to the thugs.

We are not against, on the contrary, we are for the country. We are those who are willing to sacrifice for the country just for the sake of it, and not for the sake of a governmental position. We have shown our love for the country not by cursing and swearing over others while carrying our King's picture (how shameful is that). We have shown our love by demanding reforms to have a better Jordan for all of us.

We want to live in democracy, where we know our rights and our duties, and where nobody is over the law, no matter from which tribe or origin he is. Enough with those who are taking advantage and abusing the country in the name of nationalism, enough.

هل هذا الاردن أم هي جنوب افريقيا العنصربة!؛

باي حق يضرب هذا الجمهور ؟

ما هو معيار المواطنة؟

لماذا يرتبط الاصل أو من تشجع بكونك أكثر انتماء أو مواطنة من غيرك؟

ما هي عقيدة قوات الدرك التي تجعلهم يتعاملون بهذا الاسلوب مع مواطنين لم يخونوا الوطن و لا هم جواسيس؟

هؤلاء ليس مواطنون درجة ثانية، و لا قوات الدرك أو من جمهور الفيصلي أكثر حبا للاردن من جمهور الوحدات. من حق كل انسان أن يفخر بأصوله و أن يتمسك بها، هذا لا يقلل من مواطنته و حبه لبلده شيئا!؛

من هو المسؤول عما جرى و هل سيكون هناك حساب أم"طبطبة" و عتاب! لماذا لم يستقل أحد بعد الذي حصل و يعد هذا الشرخ الذي لن يندمل و سيتجدجد ما لم يحاسب أحد.؛

كم تغنينا بأننا عرب و مسلمون واخوان، و كم قلنا و شتمنا الغرب العنصري، و ها هوا أوباما يرأس أمريكا و ها نحن نرى الحاجة ل"مارتن لوثر كينغ" أردني يخرج ليقول بأننا نحلم بيوم لا يضرب الناس لاصولهم و لا لألوانهم، يوم يكون معيار المواطنة هو حيك للوطن و ليس من أي عشيرة أنت و من هو أبوك، يوم يحاسب فيه من يستغلون الوطن و يجزى من يحبوه بصدق و ينتقدون الأخطاء بدافع الحرص و الحب.؛

سمعتا سكوتك يوم الثلاثاء في الانتخابات لنواب الفوتوشوب و لاتسمعنا صوتك.؛

‏فصوتنا هذا هو تصويت لقانون انتخاب ابتر و هو تصويت سيفرز نفس المجلس السابق الذي من الواضح ان الحكومة حريصة على ان تأتي بمثله على الرغم من كل ما تحاول أن تشيعه الحكومة من رأي معاكس.؛

فعندما تصر الحكومة على قانون الصوت الواحد العشائري الذي يمزق الغشاء الوطني و عندما تقسم الدائرة لدوائر فرعية و الذي هو تعيين غير مباشر تكون قوتنا في مقاطعتنا، فكم منا سيصوت على اساس البرنامج و ليس على اساس الاصل و العشيرة؟

عندما يخرج علينا رئيس وزراء سابق، لنجد ان معاليه نسي انه كان رئيس وزراء للوطن و أنه يتغزل بالعشائرية و بعشيرته كأيام الجاهلية. لا أحد منا لا يحب أهله و عشيرته و لكن عندما يكون الخطاب عشائريا فقط، و عندما نعتقد أن عرق عشيرتنا هو أنقى من الاعراق الاخرى هنا تكون المشكلة و اذا صدر هذا عن مسؤول سابق فهنا تكون المصيبة.؛

أي انتخابات هذه التي تقسم فيها الادوار قبل الانتخابات و التي يحدد فيها رئيس المجلس قبل تكونيه.؛

من متابعتنا للمناظرات نرى ان المرشحين هم مرشحين بدون ارادة و بدون برامج و بجدون شعارات. همهم ليس همنا، هم مرشحين التوكيد و ليس التغيير، هم مرشحين يدافعون عن مصلحة الحكومات لا مصلحتنا. هم مرشحين الفوتوشوب، الذي لولاه لما كان لهم أية دعايات أو حملات.؛

هذا المجلس تريده الحكومة لتشحد عليه المساعدات من الخارج لنبدو و كأننا دولة ديمقراطية لتنهال علينا المساعدات، لذلك فقوتنا في مقاطعتنا و لنسمع الحكومة و العالم صمتنا.؛

ليكن سكوت الحق اعلى من صوت الباطل و ليكن صمتك مدويا.

Live From The Convoy

These pictures were taken yesterday along the way from Amman to Lattakia. It took us 15 hours of driving. People were gathered along the streets to salute us and to send their regards to Gaza.

Once we arrived the syrian borders, there was a huge reception for us there, and our passports were stamped with us even knowing.

We had to make a stop in each governate for a small reception from the governed. This was very time consuming and it made run very late.

Despite all the difficulties of driving at night in such roads and accompanying the convoy, it felt different to see all these people gathered to wave their hands to you, and to see that somebody is admiring your work and that your efforts are already being valued.

Going to Gaza

In a few hours I will be joining the Global Life Line 5 (Vivapalestina) "Sharyan Al Haya 5" in its trip to Gaza. The convoy started moving from Britain in 18/9/2010, and now all the convoys from all over the region and the world will gather in Latakia where they will be boarding ships to Al Arish and then to Rafah, into Gaza. Of course all of this is subject to the Egyptian approval which is always the most difficult part.

Two months ago, I was with Al Ansar 1 convoy which got stuck in Aqaba - Jordan, for one week due the Egyptian rejection to give permission to people to enter Nuweiba or even to buy ferry tickets.

I go there today with mixed feelings, excitement, responsibilities and obligations back home, family and love left behind, among many other things.

Nobody knows how long this trip will take. Nobody knows if will get stuck in Latakia, or if we will get stuck in the middle of the sea. The only thing that I am sure of is that I feel that I have to be part of this global movement to end this siege on Gaza.

كيف هو التراب في غزة، أتراه أحمر من كثرة الدماء أم أنه أخضر كلون الحياة رغم كل شيء. و كيف أنت يا هواء غزة، و كيف هي رائحتك، أهي رائحة الدخان و الفسفور، أم هي رائحة المسك تفوح من الشهداء في سماء غزة و كيف هي سماؤك يا غزة، أتراها سوداء من الدخان أم بيضاء من الملائكة الحائمة فيها.

يا رمز العزة، نأتيكي و كلنا أمل، نأتيكي و كلنا خجل.

إلى مزبلة التاريخ يا عباس، أيها الساقط أخلاقيا و شرعيا، أيها الطارئ على التاريخ، أيها العابر بين الكلمات العابرة... إلى مزبلة التاريخ.؛

يا من عبثتم بمصائرنا و بتاريخنا، أنتم العبثيون لا نحن و صواريخنا. يا من عبثتم بمصائرنا حينما كنتم في الأردن، و يا من عبثتم بها في بيروت، و يا من عبثتم بها في أوسلوا و في كامب ديفد، يا من بعتم أرضنا و نضالنا و حقوقنا و أورثتم أزواجكم المليارات من الدولارات، يا من قتلتم رفيق دربكم و هو محاصر، أخرجوا من حياتنا و من تاريخنا إلى الأبد، أخرجوا من مستقبل أولادنا .؛

تخرج علينا و بكل وقاحة لتتكلم عن الأجندات الخارجية، و ماهي أجندتك أنت و باراك مصر؟ أم أن الاجندة الاسرائيلية أصبحت أجندة داخلية وطنية؟

تتحدث و بكل وقاحة لتقول أن المقاومة ضحت بأطفال غزة و أبقت أطفالها بأمان! أجاهل أنت، أم كاذب، أم خرف؟ ألم تسمع بأولاد الزهار، ألم تسمع بأبناء السيد عباس الموسوي، ألم يصلك خبر اسشهاد السيد هادي نصرالله! أما أنت و باراك مصر فأين أولادكم! يجمعون الملايين على حساب أشلائنا و دمائنا، إخجل من نفسك يا عباس، فمثلك السكوت له من ذهب و الموت له نجاة.؛

نعم لقد انتصر الدم على السيف، انتصرت دماء الأطفال على عبثيتكم و على حصاركم و على بترول غيركم.؛

رسالة هنية إلى أوباما

السيد الرئيس باراك أوباما:؛

إنني أشعر بالسعادة وأنا أشارك العالم في الاحتفاء اليوم بما سيسجله التاريخ من نصر لكفاح الإنسان من أجل الحرية والعدالة في تاريخ العصر الحديث وليس فقط في تاريخ أميركا المعاصرة.؛

إن الكفاح من أجل تحقيق العدالة والحرية ليس له جنسية ولا حدود. وتوليك سدة الحكم يؤكد سيادة العدالة على الظلم، والإنسانية على التعصب الأعمى. ؛

لقد قطعتم شوطا طويلا بدءا من الأيام التي استعبد فيها الإنسان أخاه الإنسان، وقطعتم شوطا طويلا منذ الأيام التي سادت فيها أغلال الفصل العنصري وسلاسل التمييز بين البشر.؛

إن الإنسان بطبيعته ينشد الكرامة والسلامة، والشعب الأبي هو الذي لا يتنازل عنهما للشيطان. فمسيرة الحرية والتطلع إلى العدالة تبدأ منذ اللحظة التي يحاول فيها الأشرار فرض إرادتهم. وفي هذا الوقت يرفض بعض الناس الاعتقاد بأن بنك العدالة قد أفلس.؛

فقد رفض كل من مارتن لوثر كنج وجي روزا لويس وماكولي باركس ومالكولم أكس الاعتقاد بأن بنك العدالة قد أفلس. وبعد عقود من مسيرة الحرية المعروفة حيث كان الحصول على حق التصويت مجرد حلم، نشهد اليوم زمنا يُولّى فيه رجل أميركي من أصل أفريقي مفعم بالطموح والآمال أعلى منصب على الأرض. وهذا لا يشكل إلهاما للسود في أميركا وحسب، بل لجميع الشعوب في أرجاء المعمورة التي ما زالت تحلم بأن تنعم بالتحرر يوما ما من التعصب الأعمى.؛

إن هذا النجاح الذي حققته لم يكن الوحيد من نوعه، بل كان هناك أمثلة كثيرة انتهى مطاف بعضها بالطريقة التي نأملها جميعا كما حصل في جنوب أفريقيا، في حين أن بعضا آخر ما زال يكافح كما هي الحال في فلسطين. ومهما اختلفت الأسماء والأماكن، فإن الفضيلة دائما تبقى هي ذاتها، غير أن الأشرار لا ينام لهم جفن حتى يتمكنوا من حرمان الآخرين مما وهبهم الله.؛

قد يستغرق الأمر بعض الوقت لتوضيح عناصر الشبه بين الأنظمة العنصرية في أميركا في السابق وبين الوضع في جنوب أفريقيا. لدينا القضية ذاتها والطموح نفسه الذي كان لدى شعبكم نحو الحرية والكرامة وحق العيش بحرية. ولم ينظر إلى هذه الأمور يوما ما باعتبارها تطلعات شريرة إلا في عيون الطغاة.؛

هذا هو فهمنا الذي كان ولا يزال، فنحن لم يُعهد علينا أننا خذلنا أي شخص لديه نفس الهدف النبيل. فلقد دعمنا وناصرنا وتضامنا مع شعب جنوب أفريقيا وشعب الولايات المتحدة في سعيهم إلى الحرية والعدالة. ولم نترككم تسيرون وحيدين في رحلتكم وسعيكم إلى الحرية. وإن الكثير من الأصدقاء المزعومين اليوم كانوا أصدقاء وشركاء لتلك الأنظمة الطاغية في جنوب أفريقيا، وأما غالبية شعوبنا فهي تعتبر نيلسون مانديلا ومارتن لوثر كينغ أبطالا للإنسانية. ذلك أن نضالهما لم يكن يهدف إلى فرض أيديولوجية الكراهية وإنما لتحقيق العدل، ونحن لا نستطيع أن نسير وحيدين ويجب ألا نفعل ذلك، كما يجب علينا ونحن نواصل المسيرة التعهد بأننا لن نساوم أبدا على قيمنا وأحلامنا. ولا يمكننا أن نرضى أبدا طالما بقينا ضحايا للفظائع التي لا توصف من جراء وحشية الاحتلال، وإن الـ1330 من الشهداء الذين قضوا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال والـ5500 الذي جرحوا في غزة لم يلقوا ذلك المصير بسبب انتمائهم السياسي، بل لأنهم فلسطينيون يبحثون عن الحرية وإن أفضل الفلسطينيين والذين يعدون مقبولين في نظر الاحتلال هم الفلسطينيون الموتى، ونحن مصممون على ألا نجعل حلم الاحتلال هذا يتحقق. ؛

إن ذلك النوع من الجنون الذي انصب على غزة لا يعبر عن شيء سوى مدى اليأس الحقيقي الذي وصل إليه الاحتلال، وإن أكثر الأوقات ظلمة من الليل هو ذلك الجزء الذي يأتي قبيل بزوغ الفجر، ونحن لم نكن أبدا قريبون من الحرية بقدر ما نحن قريبون منها في اللحظة الراهنة. إن سلفكم كان على الجانب الخطأ، كان في جانب الأشرار، ولما كنتم الرجل الذي يمثل النصر بعد طريق طويل وشاق من النضال، فإننا نأمل أن تقوموا بتصحيح أخطاء الإدارة السابقة.؛

وليس بمقدورنا أن نكون راضين ما دمنا محرومين من كل الحقوق الإنسانية المصانة لشعب الولايات المتحدة والشعوب الأخرى في العالم. ونحن اليوم ننضم إليكم في مسيرة التغيير، التغيير الذي سيجلب العدالة لجميع الناس. وربما لن تلاموا إذا لم تتحقق العدالة لتشمل العالم بأكمله، لكنكم قطعا ستلامون إذا ما لوحظ أنكم تدافعون عن الطغاة والمستبدين.؛

I remember when Rice (and Powell previously) were appointed as the Secretary of State; how optimistic some of us were. We thought that because they are black (African American), they know what oppression means, and that they won't deal with us in the nobly way that Albright used to deal (humiliate) us with.

They must feel with us. They have been oppressed for long, and they know how bitter it is. Of course all of us know what Rice and Powell have done for us. I am afraid that Mr. Obama will behave like Rice and Powell, and that he won't be able to see or relate the discrimination, and the unjust that the Americans are giving us with what his ancestors faced.

Americans Between Pride and Shame

As I was watching Barack Hussein Obama taking the oath, and his speech after that, a feeling of envy found its way into me. For a moment I wished I was American, I would have been very proud to hold that nationality, and be part of the "free" world.

The feeling lasted only for moments, and it was short until I moved my head away from the TV to point with my eyes the newspaper on the table reading; more that 1,300 martyr in Gaza, israel used DIME (Dense Inert Metal Explosive) bombs in Gaza.

Then, my mind started reviewing the history of the United State of America. The Atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and the killing of hundreds of thousands of people in seconds (not to mentioned the destruction), Vietnam war, bombarding Libya, Iraq wars, sanctions, Afghanistan war, killing all these people in all of the world. The responsibility that the US holds by supporting all the corrupted leaders in the world. The responsibility that the US holds by the blind support for creating the state of isreal, ignoring the millions that have been suffering since then.

Then, my mind dug deeper into history to remember the "Native Americans" or American Indians who are living by the shades, who were displaced and killed brutally.

All the thoughts and feelings of pride vanished into the darkness of these memories. America has disgraced its citizens, and it won't be easy for the new president Barack Hussein Obama to change this ugly picture.

I am back to blogging. It has been more than year, and now I am back.

A couple of things pushed me to go back to blogging. The first one was that I needed to speak out loud. What is happening in Gaza is beyond any ones imagination and it is unbearable.

The second thing was a bit "selfish" reason. It was because I was feeling that my cholesterol level is going high, and my blood pressure is increasing, and to save my self from the heart attack I had to go back to blogging.

It is war, and I do understand that war means death. People are willing to die for so many reasons, the most important one is freedom. But when you bomb universities, mosques, UNRWA schools and locations, when you kill dozens from the same family, then this not a war anymore, this a massacre.

و كذا يجب أن يتم انتخاب "عمدة" للأقاليم. الهدف هو ايجاد نوع من التنافس بين عمان و المناطق الأخرى في المملكة، فلا يمكن أن تبقى التنمية في عمان دونا عن مناطق المملكة الأخرى
سيكون الأمين أو العمدة مسؤولا عن جذب الاستثمارات الى منطقته. سيكون مسؤولا عن جمع الدعم لبناء مستشفيات و مدارس و جامعات لأبناء منطقته. سيكون مسؤولا عن نسبة البطالة في منطقته، سيكون مسؤولا عن الأمية و المتعلمين و عن نسبة مقاعد الدراسة سواء المدرسية ام الجامعية مقارنة بعدد سكان الاقليم.
وجود عدة أقاليم و عدة أمناء سيخلق روحا تنافسية بين حكامها و الأهم من ذلك أنه سيخلق ورقة ضغط بيد سكان الأقاليم على العمدة عند المقارنة بين المشاريع و التطورات التي حصلت في اقليمهم مقارنة بالأقاليم الأخرى.

هكذا سيتم تقسيم و مواجهة مشاكل الوطن على مستوى أصغر من الوطن ككل ، مما سيساعد على مواجهتها و ايجاد الحلول الماسبة لها بشكل أفضل. و في نهاية الأمر سنجد تحسنا في جميع المستويات على مستوى الوطن ككل.

يتم انتخاب العمدة لمدة سنتين في بادئ الأمر و يجدد له لمرة واحدة حتى يتم تعويد الناس على الفكرة من حيث المبدأ و الانتخاب، ثم تصبح المدة أربع سنوات تجدد لمرة واحدة. عندها لن ينتخب الناس النواب كنواب خدمات و عطوات و جاهات ’ بل سيتم انتخابهم على أساس برنامجهم النتخابي و مدى تنفيذهم له، سيتم انتخابهم ليكونوا سلطة تشريعية.

So, Facebook is public, and guess who is going to use it in the ugliest way, of course it will be US.
When look at the Jordanians groups, walls, pictures, any and everything in the Facebook, it is like that this is the only way of communication nowadays in Amman.

People, for GOD's sake, go back to MSN and to SMS and your mobile phones. Is it unreasonable to ask somebody whom you see every single day, about what you are doing tonight?
Surly to make it look more funky (3asahan 2e7na sha3eb faye3) we always post things on the "wall" never send private messages!!!

An American friend of mine told me that in the states, when you go to a job interview, they'll check your Facebook profile, to see all about you?
In addition, sometimes police use it to check into the parities where illegal stuff may be taken.

Imagine if they check any Jordanian profile, how bloody stupid will it look?

Reading all these posts about what is happening in Jordan Blogs.

Firstly nobody can deny that what Khaled has done is a great job, and we really thank him for that, for he is really giving his own time for this to work out, and he has done it in a very short time and a very good way.

What I have thought of is that we don't have to be "ملكي أكثر من الملك", and at the same time, why would anybody be responsible of someone else's opinion, though I think that if the government was really pissed off, they would have got him long time ago.

So what I have thought of was putting a note on the home page of Jordan Blogs saying that

الآراء الواردة في هذا الموقع لاتعبر بالضرورة عن ادارته و تعبر فقط عن كاتبها"ا"

I think like this everyone will be happy, people can write whatever they want and they will be responsible for what they are doing, and at the same time there won't be any responsibility on Khaled or the others.

In which he promised what he doesn't own to those who don't deserve.

It is obvious that Al Jazeera has changed a lot of things.
What was forbidden to talk about in the near past is now discussed live on TVs.

Living in an area where truth is the only thing that you do NOT get from the TVs, Al Jazeera came to uncover that blanket that all of the corrupted used to hide beneath.

In our time only few used to know what is going around them; now everybody knows.

If we raised our children to watch Al Jazeera, if we raised them to be part of Al Jazeera generation; I think that the future is going to be brighter for them.

In few days I will be leaving Amman.

I am going to miss everything.

I am going to miss my family.
I am going to miss my nephews and my nieces, learning and speaking new words.

I am going to miss ALL my friends, those whom I see on daily basis and those whom I meet by coincidence.

I am going to miss those who live outside Jordan and might come on vacations while I am not here.

I am going to miss those who "kidnapped" me from Queen Alia Airport in front of everybody when I came back from Germany after spending 3 months over there.

I am going to miss my car.

I am going to miss the coffee place where I used to hang out in Jabal Amman.

I am going to miss Abdo, Adel and Ibrahim from Chili House; Al Dahyeh branch.
I am going to miss Ibrahim; the guy who sells chewing gum at Al Rabiyeh traffic lights.
I am going to miss Muhammed; the guy whom I buy smoke from.

I am going to miss every speed bump and every low manhole after which you drive into you start cursing everything.

I am going to miss Al Rumman hill climb which I used to go to every year.

I am going to miss a lot of things.

Whether you are an Arab or not, whether you are a Muslim or not I assume that you are a human being.

Humans do NOT support killing children, humans do NOT support what "isreal" is doing in Palestine and Lebanon.
Humans refuse to stand up for oppression.

As an Israeli, I definitely would inflict my distrustful judgment on my culture, social order, and society if, for an instance, Hezbollah, Syria, or Iran opened a coffee shop in any part of the world and generated profits for their agenda or cause. It has this holy name and it is crowded with night clubs (low class clubs) , not mentioning the prostitutes than you can see along the street.

So it's either that they move all the night clubs from there (may the taxi drivers forgive us for that) or they change the street's name.

Hamas: Why is the government dealing with the Palestinian president and it is ignoring the Palestinian governemt whereas at the same time it is dealing with the Lebanese government and ignoring the Lebanese president.

Nobody knows why the government is doing this to a legal democtratic government that was elected by the people, and on the other hand it is dealing with the Iraqi government that was assigned by the american army.

The Society of the Muslim Brothers: Let the people decide and judge the three MP by voting for/out.
The Society of the Muslim Brothers is the biggest party in Jordan (wheather you like it or not but this is a fact) and the biggest party in the arabic world.
Although The Society of the Muslim Brothers in Jordan had this unique relation with the governments through out Jordanian history, because the Jordanian Society of the Muslim Brothers has never used offensive methods in dealing with any polical situation, but with this attitude I think that the government is encourging them to behave in a different way.

It seems like the government is trying to take revenge from the The Society of the Muslim Brothers due to standing by Hamas in Hamas's case, that's why the government has imprisoned three of the Society's parliament members.

Union of Professional Associations : Why is the government trying to destroy one of the biggest institutions serving both the community and the nation.
With a parliament such as the one we have, Associations are the real voice of people and the real representitves of them and in spite of that all the governments (or at least the previous one) are trying to destroy this institution.

I think that the only way to turn this victory into a total loss will be by killing Nabih Berri for he is the only assurance that things will stay under control in Lebanon whatsoever.

After Al Hariri's death; things were on the verge of explosion. Killing Berri at this critical time means that Lebanon is going to go through another civil war.

What will benefit Israel more than that???

For those who are questioing Hizbollah's victory, and to whom is this victory.

Sayed Hassan said it six years ago, when Hizbollah liberated most of southern Lebanon.

"The resistance has proven that Lebanese people, Lebanese Republic and the Lebanese resistance do deserve victory"

Today's victory has changed a lot of things.

I think that as Sayed Hasan said, this war has united Muslims (Suniis and Shiites), it has united Arabs (Muslims and Chritians) and it has united "free" people from over the world (Hugo Chaves), and I think that what Dr. Al Thawahri (Al Qaeda was seen as an anti-Shiites organization) said about supporting (that doesn't mean that Hizbollah is part of Al Qaeda) the resistance in Lebanon made this thing clear.

This is what almost all girls in Jordan say.

They cheer for Italy; they do NOT know anyone of the players, they know nothing about the game but they are carrying the Italian flags and they cheer for Italy.

This is more than a game.
It is economics, politics and a country's dignity; that is football.

During the match between Germany and Italy when Ballack was hit by Gattuso, a girl that was wearing the Italian shirt felt sorry for Ballack!!!
Guess why???!!!
It was because "Ballack looks better than Gattuso".

They cheer for Italy because the Italian players look good!!!
They are saying that on radio stations!!!
They are proud of that!!!
They are proud to be such stupid creatures.

It is more than a game girls.
Statistics showed that if the German national team had won the 2002 world cup; Gerhard Schröder the former German Chancellor wouldn't have lost the elections.

When Diego Maradona scored against England in 1986 he said that he was playing for Falkland Islands (an English territory than is supposed to b Argentinean).
When Iran played against USA in 1998 it wasn't a game; it was about dignity (Iran won 2-0).

Where Were Those Voices

First of all I want to make one thing clear here; that I DO NOT support what happened in Jordan last November.

Now I can start.

Al Zarqawi was killed, and wheather you like him or not, some or in fact most of people do like him due to the resistance he was leading against the American and the British armies.

According to aljazeera.net 75.3% think that Al Zarqawi was a revolutionary not a terrorist, 71.7 felt sad about Al Zarqawi's death.

In the last few days there was a huge attack in the newspapers against the 4 deputies who went to Al Zarqawi's Funeral Home.
My question is:
Where were these voices when some people went to Rabin's tomb and paid condolences; nothing happened to those people, no one wrote about them, and they are still working and expressing thier ideas just like before.

Where were these voices when Olmert visited Jordan after few days of killing Huda's family while they were on Gaza's beach for a picnic.

Those deputies were eleceted by people, and only people have the right to judge them by either electing them for another round or not.

Sleeping (Just a Post)

It looks that I have been sleeping for ages.

I really don’t know for how long I have been laying over here, but it feels that it has been years.

I’ve just woken up.
What it this place?
It is not my bed; I have never seen it before.

It looks that it’s night. The place is so small, and it is very dark.
It is so humid over here.

I can’t move; maybe sleeping for a long time has weakened my muscles.

My body is aching.

I feel cold, so cold.

I am trying to scream but the voice is not coming out of me. I am so thirsty and my throat feels like a stone.

I waited but nothing had changed.
Time passed but still it is so dark over here and I can see nothing.
Still I can’t move.

Last thing I remember is that I was in a crowded place.
Where is everybody now, I have no clue.
I feel lonely.

I can hear steps from above!!!
Oh my GOD, sand is falling over me!!!
Where am I???

I looked around.
What is this thing I am wearing???
I am dressed all in white!!!

Time is just passing along.
I feel cold, hungry, lonely, scared and I feel pain; a different kind of pain.

Finally I realized that I was laying in my grave.

Southern Lebanon

Six years ago hope came back to us.

Six years ago we knew what "VICTORY" means.

Six years ago we have tasted victory for the first time in our recent history.

It was when Hezbollah liberated most of southern Lebanon. That day made me sure that we WILL do it.

It took them 18 years of resistance to do it.
18 years to free a few kms.

It made me think that 58 years is not enough to liberate a country.
It may take us a hundred years or more, I don't care, we are willing to die and to sacrifice everything for that day.

I am sure that one day it IS going to happen.

May GOD bless Sayed Hassan Nasrollah.

May GOD have mercy on his son and on all those who gave their lives away for their countries.

Independence Day

It has been 60 years now.

It has been 60 years since this country took its first step towards being a free country; although it may not seems like it has achieved it all.

This is the first time in Jordan that we celebrate independence in a such a way. This day used to be just a holiday without any interest from anybody.

What is for granted that people in Jordan now are feeling more patriotic; maybe because recently we have few things to be proud of.
We used to be losers in everything.

Independence in Jordan was achieved without any big sacrifices, so nobody used to feel anything in this day.

I think that some small things have made us love Jordan more, things like winning football games or winning a singing contest, it may seems that these things are stupid, but what I have seen that people in Jordan and it maybe for the first time stood together at these two special moments.

The stupid thing that happened last November in Jordan made it clear that people really love this country.

Despite that Jordan doesn't have any resources that people can live from, and that it may have given nothing to the people but there is this mysterious bond that makes us love this country whatsoever.

Jordan is something inexplicable.
It is enigmatic.

Hoping that next year our brothers in Palestine and Iraq will gain their freedom and independence.

In a Day Like Today

It is 1947, people from all religions are living in peace in a piece of heaven.
Jews, Christians and Moslems are all living together like brothers.

1948, and in a day like today, our homes were took away.
People were kicked out of their country and they were told that “here” you have no place to stay.

In a day like today, we swore to GOD, that no matter how many years will pass, we’ll be back.

I have never been to Palestine but the images and the truth are carried out in my DNA, neither time nor your lies will change a thing.

They say that a mother has sent a letter to Palestine after her only child was killed by the Israelis. In that letter she apologized to Palestine because she had only given birth to one child to die for his country.

Jordan is on fire.

Wherever you go in Jordan now you can see cranes. It's like a huge construction yard.

It reminds me of Lebanon after the civil war. This country is really blooming now.

Jordan is on fire in everything, it is getting more expensive and people are suffering from that. Petrol and gas prices are killing people and things are getting tougher.

But I think that in few years thing will change.

Way to go Jordan,
way to country.

Most people don't know why easter date changes every year.

Easter falls on the first Sunday following the first full moon that occurs on or after the day of the spring equinox.
So Easter can never occur before March 22 or later than April 25.

Here I am, sitting alone in the corner of this dark room.
I can see nothing but darkness. I can hear nothing but silence.
Between these four walls I am sitting alone.

I’ve been trying to get out of there but I couldn’t find the doors.

I knocked all the walls.
My knuckles started bleeding long time ago.

I used my fingernails to excavate the wall.

I started smashing my head into the walls hoping to do some cracks; so that light might find its way through, but every time I’ve found walls behind walls.

I dug the ground but underneath, there was nothing but thick steel.

What should I do, I don’t know?!!

All I need is a sign, I don’t want anybody to open the doors for me neither to dig a tunnel.
All I need is someone to knock from outside the walls and tell me where I should continue.

Do you remember the ugly Jordanian plays that they used to broadcast at 23:05???

They were forcing us to sleep; because it's either you do that or have a heart attack while watching.

Now, I know why people used to have a lot of children!
Because they had nothing to do, they don't feel sleepy and they don't have other options.

It is also the same reason that marriages used to last, because otherwise the only fun they are having at night will end.

Defense army; that's what they call the israelian army.
Can you believe that, the only army in the word that is occupying other country (of course the US army, the British and some other countries are occupying Iraq and Afghanistan in the mean time), but this name is being used since 1948 ( the FIRST occupation of Palestine).

But look at this, "the defense army" and all that they do is attacking and killing.

"The defense army" destroys Palestinian houses, olive trees (thousands of olive trees were uprooted since the beginning of the Intifada as a collective punishment to the Palestinians), more than 4,000 were killed since the starting of "Al Aqsa Intifada", sanctions are killing people over there. The Apartheid Wall is dividing houses.

That was a glimpse on why they call it the "Defense Army".

So I think that media should reconsider that name.
I think it should be something like israelian killing army, or israelian barbarous army.

April Fool's

In a day like today three years ago I had the worst April fools ever, it was about a week late, but I couldn't believe what this was for real.

I was out of home, when suddenly I received the bad news on my mobile, I prayed that it is a late April fools.
I ran back home, switched on the T.V, and there was the shock.

Baghdad has fallen!!!

Everybody couldn't believe what was going on, and whether you like Saddam or not, but everybody was really sad when they saw the statue going down.

Baghdad, this great Arabic Islamic capital is now under occupation.

This thing made me question everything!!!

Baghdad hold on; every sunset leads to a sunrise.

Look for the 11th planet

I have read somewhere about the 1oth planet and that there must be another planet so that all of the scientists calculations and results will be justified, and how that Quran said that long time ago.

I started searching for that and here what I got:
Astronomers have discovered a new planetoid at the far edge of our Solar System. The new object, named Sedna, is probably almost as big as the smallest planet, Pluto.
Sedna is very, very far away. It is more than twice as far from the Sun as Pluto, and about 90 times as far from the Sun as Earth. Sedna is probably a huge ball of ice. The ice is reddish in color. There are probably chemicals in the ice that make it red. Sedna orbits the Sun once every 10,500 years. Its orbit takes it out to about 900 times as far from the Sun as the Earth.

About 1,400 years ago, an illiterate man said that he is a messenger from GOD, and that the words he says are the words of GOD, some people still doubt that !!!

Here is some of what was said in Quran:

إِذْ قَالَ يُوسُفُ لِأَبِيهِ يَا أَبتِ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوْكَبًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ رَأَيْتُهُمْ لِي سَاجِدِينَ (4)

Surah 12 in Quran "Joseph":
[4] (Remember) when Yusuf (Joseph) said to his father: "O my father! Verily, I saw (in a dream) eleven planets and the sun and the moon - I saw them prostrating themselves to me."

So until now they have only discovered 10. I bet my life that they are going to discover the 11th. When it happens I wonder what will those non believers say. IS IT A COINCIDENCE!!!

GOD

This is a simple thought on how you can communicate with GOD.

If you want to talk to him to him all you have to do is to talk. Yes it is as simple as this, in any language and in any tone, he will you always hear you, you can even just think about it, without moving your lips he will be there.

What if you want GOD to talk to you?
All you have to do is read Quran, where for us Moslems Quran is GOD’s words, so whenever I want GOD to speak to me, all I have to do is open the Quran and read in it.

If you want to have a private meeting with GOD, where you can have a conversation with him (talk and listen to him), you just have to pray. While you are praying you will be reading Quran (listening to his words) and at the same time talking to him (asking him for anything).

That’s a nice way in dealing with GOD.

I am going to write this post and I am really sleepy, I have been out all day, but because I think it is soooo important, so I meant it to be in in the starting of the week (for people in Jordan).

Marriage, what is it? And how is things going in Jordan?

30% of married couples get divorced within the first 2-3 years.
50% of married couples live a state of divorce.

Can you imagine that???!!!
What is going on???
Can you believe these numbers?!!!

It is because marriage is no more about love, it is about "how much". It is not about living with a woman, it is about staring in to one.

Are we that crippled now to walk those few meters from the car to the place.

No matter what the situation is, it is NO big deal to walk for a minute or two.

Feel with the poeple that don't have cars, and even if it is raining cats and dogs feel with those who wait in the streets.
Feel with the poor, those who are deprived.

Master Card

This is the 3rd time the bank calls me to close the balance of my Master Card.

Until now I have closed it 2 times, and still they want more.

First time I went over there was last July, I paid the 450,000 Euros I owed them, and I closed my balance and stopped the card.
Second time was about 3 months ago, they said that they want 200,000 Euros, so I said what the heck, it's nothing. So I went again and paid everything.
This time was 3 days ago, they said that I owe them 82,823 Euros. I know that it's a small amount of money, but until when I will be paying, it looks that it's going to last for ever.
What I am afraid of is that my grandchildren will be still paying my debt.

My Master Card is haunting me.

When we are in the elevator with people that we don't know, we can't stop thinking of everything.
Especially when there is only 2 human beings in there, things get really nasty.

Imagine that?
You are stuck here in 1 sqr. meter, with someone you don't know, and you have never seen.

You start telling yourself "ok I am not going to think about the person next to me, I am going to think about anything else", the problem is that you can think of nothing, so you start starring at every stupid thing in the elevator.

And the funniest part is when there is a guy and a girl in the elevator alone. I think that the guy will start thinking "what if I was using AXE", or "why it is not working".

That DOES NOT apply to me, I swear.

Marhaba and Hello (Jordanian Post)

The amazing thing is that when two guys salute each other they say "marhaba", but when a guy meets a girls he says Hi.
Why?!!!

Talking with him and hugging him worth life for me.

When he is sick I feel the pain.

He is one of the main reasons I am still here.

When I feel blue and I come to him, he makes me feel much better.
One day I was feeling really bad, when I saw him he hugged tightly!!!
It was like an angel putting his arms around you and wiping away all you sadness.

Sometimes I wonder that if I ever have children, am I going to love them as much as I love him and as much as I love my nephews and my nieces.

Work without Internet

I wonder how people used to work in the past.
I think that the working hours were no more than 2-4 hours a day, because sometimes more than that you start thinking of killing yourself.

Although that sometimes the 9 hours you spend at the office is not enough.

I bet that all of us use the internet during the work days for personal purposes, but it is better for the bosses to let us do that because otherwise they will loose 99% of their employees.

And here I would like to thank Microsoft for inventing MSN, because without it and without internet I think that most of the people will suicide :)

Al Pacino was great as usual.
Unbelievable role by Lynn Collins (Poria).

You will have all these mixed feelings about the characters.

In the court scene you just feel like the you want to clap your hands.

If I had more than two thumbs, I would have raised them all up.

If you have seen the movie, or if you are planning to see it, just think what would you do if you were Shylock in the court?

For me (if I were Shylock in the court and only in the court) I would have had killed him and died.

من أَضْلُع المستحيل

لا تصالح

ولو قيل إن التصالح حيلة

إنه الثأرُتبهتُ شعلته في الضلوع..

إذا ما توالت عليها الفصول.

.ثم تبقى يد العار مرسومة (بأصابعها الخمس)ا

فوق الجباهِ الذليلة!

لا تصالحْ، ولو حذَّرتْك النجوم

ورمى لك كهَّانُها بالنبأ..

كنت أغفر لو أنني متُّ..

ما بين خيط الصواب وخيط الخطأ

.لم أكن غازيًا،لم أكن أتسلل قرب مضاربهم

أو أحوم وراء التخوم

لم أمد يدًا لثمار الكروم

أرض بستانِهم لم أطأل

م يصح قاتلي بي: "انتبه"!ا

كان يمشي معي.

.ثم صافحني..

ثم سار قليلاًولكنه في الغصون اختبأ!

فجأةً:ثقبتني قشعريرة بين ضعلين..

واهتزَّ قلبي -كفقاعة- وانفثأ

!وتحاملتُ، حتى احتملت على ساعديَّ

فرأيتُ: ابن عمي الزنيم

واقفًا يتشفَّى بوجه لئيم

لم يكن في يدي حربةٌ

أو سلاح قديم،

لم يكن غير غيظي الذي يتشكَّى الظمأ

لا تصالحُ.

.إلى أن يعود الوجود لدورته الدائرة:

النجوم.. لميقاتها

والطيور.. لأصواتها

والرمال.. لذراته

اوالقتيل لطفلته الناظرة

كل شيء تحطم في لحظة عابرة:

الصبا - بهجةُ الأهل - صوتُ الحصان - التعرفُ بالضيف - همهمةُ القلب حين يرى برعماً في الحديقة يذوي - الصلاةُ لكي ينزل المطر الموسميُّ - مراوغة القلب حين يرى طائر الموتِ
وهو يرفرف فوق المبارزة الكاسرة

كلُّ شيءٍ تحطَّم في نزوةٍ فاجرة

والذي اغتالني: ليس ربًا..

ليقتلني بمشيئته

ليس أنبل مني.. ليقتلني بسكينته

ليس أمهر مني.. ليقتلني باستدارتِهِ الماكرة

لا تصالحْ

فما الصلح إلا معاهدةٌ بين ندَّينْ..

ا(في شرف القلب)ا

لا تُنتقَصْ

والذي اغتالني مَحضُ لص

ْسرق الأرض من بين عيني

َّوالصمت يطلقُ ضحكته الساخرة!

لاتصالح

ولو وقفت ضد سيفك كل الشيوخ

و الرجال التي ملأتها الشروخ

هؤلاء الذين يحبون طعم الثريد

وامتطاء العبيد

هؤلاء الذين تدلت عمائمهم فوق أعينهم

وسيوفهم العربية قد نسيت سنوات الشموخ

لا تصالح

فليس سوى أن تريد

أنت فارسُ هذا الزمان الوحيد

وسواك.. المسوخ!

Neither a Sunni nor a Sheii

This is my first post, I was planning to start blogging long time ago, but I didn't have time to do that, but this subject just kept insisting on me, and I felt that I has to do it.

I am neither a Sunni nor a Sheii, ya I am Muslim and that is more than enough, as a Muslim we are supposed to live on what God said in Quran and what our prophet Muhammed said in what we call Sunnah, propeht Muhammad wasn't a Sunni nor a Sheii, so I don't think that we have the right to say or to be.

If prophet Muhammad is what we are looking to as an idol for us, so we should be just Muslims.

Ya there mistakes were done in some time in our history, and regadless who was wrong or right, what is happening now, and what was happening since that time is WRONG.

Lets just start over again, for the sake of God and our prophet and his message, "ONE GOD".
Thats what all of us believe in, and I think that this is enough to unite us again.
